The UA races/etc. that have become official have been removed, per WotC policy re: outdated/obsolete UA. If you own the Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron or Rising from the Last War, you have access to the official warforged race. The D&D Beyond staff are still in the process of updating everyone's access through the WGtE, so it's possible that you may own it but not have warforged access, but that will be corrected as soon as they can manage.
Yeah, what Tympana said. Eberron races are no longer UA because they've been officially released in Rising from the Last War. This is the same policy as with all other UA content that sees release.
They should have marked it better then. Every other Unearthed Arcana had big boarder staying it was PLAYTEST material. You wouldn't think stuff from an OFFICIAL book would just be "Playtest". This would be like going to a movie which was really cool and they buying the Blu Ray with scenes missing and such.
I remember there was a ton of stuff at the beginning, even some of the videos mentioned it, but when it came to using that stuff, it wasn't marked "UA" it was marked "Wayfinders." When the new Eberron book was announced, they made videos about how they were going to handle this situation, but yeah, they never said anything about removing the "UA" we bought in Wayfinders.

WGtE is official, but it was a living document. All of the game mechanics (Races, items, feats, etc) were subject to change and it was mentioned in the book description in the marketplace and in the intro of the book.
So all of the races, etc in WGtE have been updated to their new final versions for free (because you did already purchase them with the book). (Some updates on DDB are still underway, essentially 3 books launched on the same day).

So official Warforged race has no subraces anymore?
That’s correct.
But I thought with the first Erbron book, that everything in it was official? Was I wrong in that assumption?
Yes, you are wrong in that assumption.

Thanks for the heads up
