its not showing up as a option for a feat for my warlock sorcerer build and i really need it but i cant spend any money on expansions idk if its part of a expansion im new to dnd please help :L
It’s in the 2014 PHB so if you purchased that then it should be available. And in the 2024 PHB. I don’t think it’s part of the basic rules 2014 or 2024 unfortunately. And piecemeal purchases are no longer available
Edit: as mentioned in another thread you can homebrew it and use it that way. The Homebrew forum might be a good place to ask about how to do this
Another option, in addition to homebrew, is to join a content sharing campaign. ( r/dndnext on reddit does weekly content sharing threads you can search up for possible campaign links.)
Also, while I don't have any subscription, a DM can edit characters using content they own (though PHB/etc spells get wonky in feat selection.) So if you send me a PM I'm willing to make a quick campaign your char could join and edit the spellsniper feat onto them. (Make sure you know which attack cantrip you want.)
