Due to how DDB is currently working, in order for the DBS to have an effective use of the Revenant Blade feat, they had to make a magic item that represents the DBS while under the effect of the feat.
In order to have a magical DBS and Revenant Blade, are we going to have to homebrew a Revenant Blade version of each magical DBS that is used? Since DBS is still a sword, so enchantments like Flametongue can still affect them, unless I'm missing something?

Formerly Devan Avalon.
Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
I don't think a double-bladed scimitar is a sword anymore. I couldn't find it described as such in either book. Its shape would make it about as much a sword as a Glaive is.
But to answer your question: yes. It seems they have not made magic weapon versions of DBS except Hellfire (which might warrant a support thread).
Home brewing the standard magic sword variants of these items is pretty easy. I’ve published (and I’m sure others have too) +1-+3 revenant blade dbs. Would be easy to add flame tongue, frost brand, etc. would be surprised if someone hadn’t already done this
