lf l make a clone,then something about me changes,ie level,extra class,becomeing a vampire,getting cursed,losing a limb ect, would that carry over to the clone,or not?
could l take the flesh from someone else to use the clone spell, and if l die,go into a clone of them, rather then one of myself,or would they go into the clone if they die?
can l clone beasts/animals?
can l chose which clone l go into lf l have more then one? like if l experimented on my clones to give them extra buffs (like maybe one has some wings) or if,say,l had one clone that was made when l was a vampire, one from when l was a werewolf and one where l was blind in one eye,as well as one that l made a few hours ago, could l chose to go into the werewolf clone? or is lt random/most recent?
lf i take bits of flesh from myself (lets say a human) and, say, the elf we just caught trying to steal our stuff, could my clone be a half elf? or by extension of this idea, half dragon?
can l use more then one soul at once and be like pumat sol? (edit: l found out he is a simulacrum, but the question still stands)
lf l lose a limb (ie leg) then make a clone, will the clone have both legs?
1. Mental things, like your experience, personality, memories, etc, get transferred to the new body, so it stands to reason that things based off of mental traits like level or class (based off experience) would transfer over as well. Physical things like missing limbs would not, as they would be regrown in the new body as part of the spell. Curses/vampirism is I think more "at DM discretion," depending on whether vampirism is a physical ailment or a corruption of the soul in your DM's world. I would say curses should transfer to your new body, as in my mind a curse is something spiritual, and your spirit transfers to the new body.
2. You can make a clone of someone else, but I believe the clone would only function for that person, so if they died then their soul would transfer. The clone only works for the person who's flesh you use, though I believe you are able to change minor things like age or gender. Your character could certainly experiment with further changes to the clone, but again I'd say that's up to DM discretion to see how difficult it would/what additional resources you'd require/what the failure rate might be.
3. I'd say everything in the remainder of your question is up to DM discretion as well, as there's not much RAW there. My interpretation tells me that your soul returning to a new body is an automatic process and therefore you'd have limited control over where you end up, but other DM's may rule differently.

You keep all your memories, experience, levels, and abilities from when you died. I imagine the clone will regrow any missing limbs and heal scars, but it is magic, so ymmv. If the curse grants new abilities, maybe. Ask your DM.

When you use someone else's flesh, you are casting the spell on/for them.
can l clone beasts/animals?
Spell says "living, medium creature" and no other qualifiers, so yes (as long as they are medium).

If you have multiple, I don't see why you wouldn't get to choose. Clones can be a younger version of yourself and that is about it. They should all have the same abilities (rather they will all have the abilities you had when you die). Ask DM.

No. The spell grows the chunk into a copy of the original, it isn't for making hybrids.
can l use more then one soul at once and be like pumat sol? (edit: l found out he is a simulacrum, but the question still stands)
This is an unusual question... If your character has more than one soul for some reason, it might be possible for them to inhabit different clones if both souls belong in that body. If you have your normal human soul and are also haunted/possessed by another soul, the +1 does not get a body because it is not its own body. So 99.999% of the time, no.

oh,sorry for the confusion,l meant if l could split my soul ( kinda like a horcrux but less evily) and have each soul fragment pliot a body. but l guess l just need the simulacrum spell for that.
