I believe that D&D Beyond is working on different formats for assisting visual impairment and working with screen-readers. You could reach out to them on Twitter to learn more. That's where I learned about their screen-reader efforts.

Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
I would not count on DnD Beyond to be of any help here. I asked about changing the PDF to something much easier to see when the first version came out and again when they did the update, but I was pretty much just blown off.
Hi
Been looking at a few sheet options in an attempt to find one that is easy to use and see with my vision. Found 1 or 2 online via google.
But was wondering if anyone had suggestions of sheets they have seen visually impaired players use successfully.
For me large bold text is ideal.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
You likely found the ones I saw.

She/Her Player and Dungeon Master
One thing I thought might help is printing white (text) on black background.
Anyone know how to do that?
Or a way to edit a pdf to switch colours around?
