How do I change the armor setting for a warforged on the character sheet? They should be able to change forms at a long rest, but I don't see an option anywhere
All it tells me is that I get a plus one to my armor, do I get the option to increase it as I level up? What if I go to an armor in game and get my armor improved, how could I make the reflect on my character sheet? Or is it that I am a Warlock so I don't get to choose?

This thread was begun before the official rules were published, and everything in the OP is out-of-date and irrelevant.
Warforged just get a constant +1 to AC. They still equip armor normally as far as the DDB character sheet is concerned.

You have to do it from the edit character menu

How?
The same place that you actually built the character and choice it's original options

My mistake. They changed it. The official released warforged only get a flat +1 to AC.
Sorry
