I'm not quite sure if this question would better fit in the support forums, but does anybody have any tips for including/creating a stat block as part of a homebrewed subclass' feature. Something sort of like the Artificer's iron defender and the Wildfire Druid's spirit.
I had thought of leaving a hyperlink to an external homebrew monster stat block in the feature, but the monster builder isn't quite the best for displaying certain information (like how the creature's health and AC is calculated). While I am patient enough to pull together a stat block using the standard text editor, I am concerned about making something that is too large, sloppy, or that ends up becoming misaligned across different platforms.
Does anyone have any advice for constructing a stat block this way, or should I just use the monster builder and deal with placing information I can't place next to certain stats within the special traits area instead?
I placed a hyperlink to a homebrewed monster in the subclass feature, and added special traits to the monster that overwrite it's base AC and HP.
The subclass and familiar are still incomplete (and probably won't be for a while since I'm focused on other things), but here is a picture of the familiar's stat block as an example:

Can I ask how this was resolved?
