Can skeletons made with animated dead be commanded to use siege?
IE LvL 6 Wizard 2 Skeletons 1 Scorpion
Your question is pretty vague and your example is worse, but... Yes?
If you mean "can skeletons be commanded to operate siege weapons like ballasts?" Then sure unless DM has a problem with that. You can swap any amount of your skele's equipment too.
I think they were asking about a Scorpio? A Roman era siege engine.
