Hi, so I'm looking to do Saltmarsh campaign shortly so I'd like to keep the source private from the players. But it also has a bunch of backgrounds and whatnot. Does hiding saltmarsh from them hide everything?
"Blocking a source will hide compendium content to prevent players from reading it unless they own it. No options or content will be removed from other tools such as the character builder, character sheet, or encounter builder."
The last part is quite important. Don't know about that adventure, but in Descent into Avernus, there are some magic plot items that reveals FAR to much in their description, and the players can very easily find them and add them to their character sheet.
