It'll be my first time trying to voice-act a character, so hopefully it won't be a disaster.
Oh don't worry, it will absolutely be a disaster. But ya know what? IT WONT MATTER. Have fun being silly, and learn to enjoy the character you're developing. Personally I find doing voices helps me separate my thoughts from the characters. I applaud you for putting in effort to make your character fun :)
I do a voice for all of my characters and each time, as soon as I sit down at the table and it’s my time to speak, the voice I’ve been practicing just disappears and some weird thing I’ve never heard comes out lol. If this happens to you, then you won’t have to worry about stealing a voice!
I can do a pretty good impression of her (I speak Russian, so it helps), and I find myself lapsing into Jester-talk when I'm doing random things around the house. Her vocal tics are really fun.
I do good accents too, for whatever reason it just goes out the window once I sit down lol. I love it though. Maybe it’s just a me thing...have fun! I love Jesters voice.
I couldn't decide on a voice for the Tiefling I am about to play. So I stole Jester's voice.

That's ok, I stole Varrick from Legend of Korra for my Gnome Artificer... we all do it!

If you want to try and mimic Jester, Ginny Di did a pretty good video on breaking down Jester's accent: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOVO9b3V7S4

I can already do a pretty good Eastern-European accent.

Jester's voice is addictive, be ye warned! lol

I have no explanation for having a good accent other than for the memes.

I mean, that's about all the justification you really need, when it comes to D&D. lol
I am only good at Eastern European, and, for some reason, Australian, accents. As well as an American Southern accent.
