Not really. The site pretty much handles everything you need except communication. They also don't have a VTT (yet), which a lot of people consider mandatory.
I recommend discord or Roll20 (free version of course) depending on what you need. Avrae and beyond20 make it so you can roll from your DDB character sheet into the chat.

Check out the Looking for Group section (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/looking-for-players-groups) to find players and DMs, all offering games in all kinds of styles from video chat to audio only to play-by-post through the forums themselves!
We also have our own Discord ( https://discord.gg/dndbeyond ) with upgraded video and audio chat rooms you can use to play games, as well as a lot of friendly people chatting about D&D and helping each other out.
