Lapine isn't an official race for the current edition of D&D.

Swashbuckler is a rogue subclass found in Xanathar's Guide to Everything

So, pursuant to Davedamon's post: you'll have to create the Lapine race yourself, as Homebrew. Then you can either buy the whole of Xanathar's Guide, or, buy just the Swashbuckler subclass. :)
