you uh... literally need a Google or Twitch account to have a DDB account. You can de-link the Twitch account though, if you don't want to use that. There's no other way to sign in, unless you use an Apple ID, I guess.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
When I originally joined DDB; like so many others, I did so using Twitch login. I later linked a Google account.
What I would like to do now however, is actually create a DDB Account, so that it is only for DDB and not linked to either Twitch or Google.
I do want to link this account to that new account however, so that I still have all my purchases etc available to me.
Is this something that I can do?

You can't link two accounts to the same purchases, but you could have the new account put a character in a campaign hosted by the original with content sharing on I guess.

I see I have just looked at what I thought that I saw and you're right. The link to "create account" just goes to the page with the google or twitch options.
I had misunderstood it seems and thought that we could now have DDB accounts, independently.

Your best option would be to do what I've done and make dedicated D&D google account, then change your linked google account to this new one.
However, I wouldn't unlink your twitch account; having multiple means of authentication (provided they're all secure) is always sensible.
