This might be a strange question, but is it listed anywhere that changelings don't have facial hair? All of the concept art I see never shows them with facial hair but I can't find anything specifically stating that the males don't have any. I think I've seen a few sources that list them as fey, but the current 5e race doesn't have that lineage. I only mention the fey detail because elves are fey and that might explain the lack of facial hair. I've also seen a good number of pictures depicting them with pointed ears, but yet again, can't find that officially stated either.
There is nothing saying changelings don't have facial hair. but considering they can literally change their appearance at will, there's nothing stopping them from having it even if they didn't by biological default.

Changelings have an interesting relationship with gender as a concept, which is probably part of the reason a lot of the art doesn't find it necessary to distinguish the males with facial hair. As they're changelings though, they can have any kind of hair they want.
