So I'm using editable PDFs from DMsGuild to track.my characters (either printed onto paper, onto OneNote or a printed PDF format e-reader). Most of it is fine, but I'm struggling to put a picture into the appropriate box. I've tried:
1. Just clicking on it.
2. Right clicking on it.
3. Copy and pasting the picture onto it.
Does anyone know how to do it? It feels annoying having the space there and it being labelled for it, but not being able to use it. At level, not electronically.

If the person who created the pdf didn't very specifically define that as a box that can accept a picture, then its just not going to work without you using an actual pdf editor (vs. reader, which you're doing). Just because its a white box that says 'picture' doesn't mean its set up so that you can put a picture there. 'editable' pdf's are only editable in the spots that are declared by the creator

What program are you using?
Most programs have a menu with stuff you can do in the top bar.
It just opens up in Edge.

Thanks, I'll try Adobe. I just figured that it would have all been editable using the same program.
