Can you use the twin spell for agonizing blast? And can you make both blast hit the same Target? And why does d&d beyond not give stat's for both Eldritch blast and agonizing blast? So sorry 3 questions
1. You can twin an agonizing blast eldritch blast provided you're not of a level where eldritch blast produces more than one blast
2. No, you can't have them hit the same target, twinned spell specifies a second creature
3. DDB does provide stats for eldritch blast (https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/eldritch-blast). Agonizing blast is an invocation that modifies eldritch blast and isn't it's own spell. It's details can be found on the warlock page
