I am trying to transfer a homebrew spell to DnDBeyond. Most of it is working, but I can't get the higher level casting to properly register on character sheets. For normal spells, if you scroll down to higher level slots, or press the little "+" button, it shows you the updated damage for the corresponding level (i.e. +1d8 per level). Unfortunately, I can't seem to get this to register for my spell on character sheets.
The spell in question increases its damage by 1d12 for every 2 spell levels above firs (meaning 2d12 at 3rd, 3d12 at 5th, etc etc). I have the spell's scale set to "spell scale" and its interval to 2, but it doesn't register at all on character sheets (shows up as 1d12 at any level). Is this the correct way to do this? or am I missing something.
