That said? You can add the Hollow One traits to a homebrew feat, then assign that feat to your character via the 'Manage Feats' menu on your character sheet to gain the effects of being a Hollow One. You can do so for most forms of Supernatural Gift, Dark Gift, or any other such ephemeral DM-fiat thingumy a character can come into possession off; either homebrew feats or custom actions on yopur sheet (or often both) can be used to get the effects of a boon working. My table also often uses homebrew magic items for temporary buffs/effects, since the item can be equipped and unequipped to take the buff/effect on or off. Particularly useful for Mage Armor and similar abilities, and could be useful for certain things the Hollow One does.
Markus_Arilius created a homebrew feat that covers this supernatural gift. Add to your homebrew collection, make sure homebrew is enabled in the character builder, and you should be good to go.

I try to fix the Alchemist, release a changed/modified homebrew replacement subclass for people who detested the changes WotC made to the subclass in Rising from the Last War after discussing the project with the community for a couple of months and getting lots of feedback and support (by homebrew standards), and it gets struck down with lightning. To the point where I get threatened with permanent barring from the service if I tried it again.
Markus_Arilius reprints text from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount wholesale, word-for-word, and he gets celebrated for it.
Is there a way to apply the Hollowed one template in the character builder during creation?
Sir Raffen
Not without homebrew.

God I hate this website sometimes.

I wouldn't say celebrated. I just pointed it out because it's an easy option for OP to use. I take no moral stance here.
