Confirmed released - physical copies have been available from when they arrived with stores this last week. Originally we were expecting a 2 week delay from original street date (to 1st Dec), but the shipping delays were less than expected so stock arrived a little earlier and stores were permitted to sell on arrival of the stock. I have mine in my hands and have been selling copies all week (FLGS owner here).

I heard somewhere that it releases december 1st in Europe and want to know if that's true or not I can't find any evidence about it but I wanna know
The WotC product page now says Nov 24, and I got my copy through a local store yesterday. Probably safe to say it’s out.
