Short of commissioning an artist, your best bet is probably just to build a figure at heroforge.com and take a screenshot. A red Aarakocra rogue wouldn't be hard to find, but having one with red coloring and a brown head is a bit rarer.
Another approach is to find an image that makes a good starting pont (say an Arakocra rogue) and then edit it yourself. For things like this I find paint.net good It is free and has a lot of features that can help with this:
Paint bucket: changes the colour of a contiginous area of one colour to your selected colour (you may need to add a border in a few places or change the tolerance to get the exact area you want
Magic Wand: Selects a block of similar colour (it uses same approach as the paint bucket
Lasoo manually draw round the edge of an area to select where you want
Hue Saturation: After selectring the head (using magic wand or lasoo) You can change green head ot a brown head while keeping the texture within the head

I’m looking for a awesome picture of a rogue Aarakocra. Preferable with red wings and brown head. Can some one help me with this?
