As someone that likes to theory-craft characters and their stories by randomizing everything with the character creator, recently it seems like the feats that are chosen are always the most recent dragon feats (FToD) and strixhaven feats (S:ACoC). Is this something other people have experienced as well or am I just extremely unlucky?

Extremely unlucky, because mine seem random (Besides the rather ironic appearance of lucky) this is probably because I don't own those books.
