Since the cloak allows you to attack and stay invisible, I would say the cloak gives your improved/greater invisibility. So I say yes you can see through the cloak especially since witch sight is 15th level ability.

Witch Sight can see through the invisibility spell but would it see through a cloak of invisibility since it isn’t specified to be illusion magic?
