I was just scrolling through the races, and it made me think... Do any of your racial traits carry over to your Wild Shape? For example, the advantage that Kalashtars get on their Wisdom saving throws.
“You retain the benefit of any features from your class, race, or other source and can use them if the new form is physically capable of doing so. However, you can’t use any of your special senses, such as darkvision, unless your new form also has that sense.”
The crux of the matter is “if the new form is physically capable of doing so.” That’s going to be a DM’s call.

So I agree with this(because it's RAW), but let's expand on it(also RAW),
Part of the Wild Shape Description states this:
Your game statistics are replaced by the Statistics of the beast, but you retain your Alignment, Personality, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. You also retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies, in addition to gaining those of the creature. If the creature has the same proficiency as you and the bonus in its stat block is higher than yours, use the creature's bonus instead of yours. If the creature has any legendary or Lair Actions, you can't use them.
So with this, not even so much the Kalashtar piece but just in general, what you want is allowed, per RAW. Not even so much a DM discretion type deal, this is just a flat "Yes" from rules as written standpoint. There's nothing in the Kalashtar description that states anything about restrictions on how you get your advantage on wisdom saving throws, and there's nothing in the Wild Shape description that would state that you don't get it, in fact, it specifically states that you retain all of your saving throw proficiencies. If you retain your saving throw proficiency, and then you retain all of your mental faculties in the Wild Shape, then there is zero reason for a DM to strip this out.
From a "why" standpoint, the reason Kalashtar get this advantage to Wisdom saves is due to their Quori. Nothing about Wild Shape is going to strip or suppress this Quori from within you, specifically because you keep all of your mental scores intact. Even if somehow it stripped it, I still would keep it there from a DM perspective because negating a racial ability just doesn't entice anyone to choose any classes that might have fun abilities.
So to conclude, it shouldn't matter. RAW, you're golden.
