In 5e none of that really exists. It was described back in 3e but the closest you’re going to come right now is the FR UA spellfire sorceror. Spellfire and silver fire are fairly closely related effects lorewise. The mantle can be sort of reproduced by the abjurationist wizard’s mantle. So I suppose you could be like the 3e Simbul (sort of) an abjurationist Wizard/spellfire sorceror MC.
Realistically even Elminster didn’t get all his powers at once but over many years. In 3e he was a L1fighter,L2 rogue, L3 Cleric and L29 Wizard. L35 overall with the chosen abilities laid over that including silver fire. Then in the spellfire book at the end he admits to also having spellfire - one very powerful dude.
