There is little or no cultural diversity based on race in Al-Qadim. There are some human groups that differ from the norm, but most humans and all civilized non-human humanoids share the same culture, language, religion and settlements. As such, I would not consider there to be any elven (or dwarven, etc) subraces in Zakhara. It's one big melting pot.

Zakhara's society is made up mainly of humans, but demihumans such as elves and dwarves are present in the setting also, as well as humanoids such as orcs, goblinoids, and ogres. Unlike most settings, there is practically no racial disharmony in Zakhara: humans, elves, and orcs alike share the same culture, lifestyle, and social status, and races traditionally considered evil savages, such as goblins, are instead valued members of society.
So, while there is racial diversity, the lack of culture diversity does make it so that the difference between elven subraces is very slim, and potentially based more on individual background than on the racial differences.
Its a tricky thing to call, because a good half of racial stat blocks are based on culture instead of genetic information.
Wood, eladrin, high and wild elves are not so much, they need more green. Maybe pallid and moon elves who work at night, sun elves and shandar kai?
I got some homebrew desert/sand elves, but I wish they were canon too.
