The trade goods table lists 1 lb of flour as costing 2 cp. It's not been created as an item in the equipment section but it's easy to make custom items. In the equipment tab, click 'manage equipment' on the top right and expand the 'custom items' panel. Click on '+ Add Custom Item' then click on the newly created 'Unidentified item' and open up the edit panel and fill in any details you like, like cost, weight, name, and quantity.
For random commodities, I usually don't bother actually adding it to the official inventory. Deducting the cost and adding it to the Notes section tends to be sufficient. My party likes to collect knick-knacks and trophies, so creating a new item entry for each would become cumbersome.
You might consider creating a generic "Trade Good" item, and then just toss the details into the notes section of that item.
I am trying to find (any where in DnDBeyond) where I can purchase flour... Any Ideas?
