I see that the classic D&D computer games are still available for purchase, and play. I bought mine when you folks were using GoG as the platform. I wonder if I will have to purchase those over again? Saying which, this brings me to my original thoughts about those classic D&D computer games. I would pay top dollar if you folks would updated those games to 5th Edition and revamped them. they are old and could use a fresh overhaul. If you folks did this, could you also set up and easy to use method of transferring characters from one game to another. That was how I started playing D&D. Frankly, I like letting my computer be the dm as it were. That gives a hint about my age, and how long I have been playing D&D. (I am old enough to be a trekkie, and a trekker, and I was 3 when STARWARS episode IV: A New Hope hit the big screen for the first time)
If you bought your games at GOG, they should still work. In fact, you can still buy the D&D games at GOG: Baldur's Gate 1, 2 and 3, Planescape, Dragonshard, Dark Sun, Neverwinter Nights, Eye of the Beholder, etc. The current sale is only at Steam.
