I'm trying to build a magic meele weapon that has at least one use of the spell steel wind strick but I can't find that spell between the spell options one has in the homebrew weapon creation site. Is there a rule that I don't know of that doesn't let me use that spell for a weapon? Do I need a specific source book? I bought XGtE and still.

Please help.

Edit: just figured out the problem, XGtE is being shared in the campaign by some one else and I own one of the other source book we use.
