Being a fan of the 3.5 Items of Legacy and Matthew Mercer's Vestiges of Divergence, I've decided to reward some players with such legendary artifacts. One I'm stuck on is for a Soulknife Rogue who isn't planning on upgrading her psychic daggers since a) they're freaking awesome and b) she's much more of a pacifist than outright killer.
So I'm heavily leaning towards some studded leather armor since there really isn't much outside the standard fare, but I'm not sure what add-ons to make this item FEEL like a legendary artifact.
I've seen examples that allow for casting water walk and water breathing, but there's two wizards in the party that'll likely have them when they first nearly drown on their boat trip coming up; and while I love the Deathwalker's Ward from Critical Role, that feels too simple on my end.
Any and all thoughts and contributions will be met with good vibes :)
Resistances and Immunities are great to have, Sanctuary would also be handy, other ideas could be:
restoring hp of themselves or others
boosting stealth
Spells good for sneaking and Spider Climb
give the spell Command, and maybe other inspiring leader qualities (not typical, but it could work with a pacifist in theory, command people to cease fighting and all)
Charm related spells
Pockets like Handy Haversack/Bag of Holding or patches like the robe that can be items
Sleep or other control spells
advantages or bonuses to skills, or saving throws
a limited sense that they don't already have

Perhaps a Resistance that later bumps to an Immunity?
Or, in the spirit of pacifism, maybe something something Sanctuary, or a Sanctuary-adjacent type effect?
