I am an old table-top gamer. To keep playing, actually I am DM'ing, I am using this technology for the first time. Can someone please tell me how to make +3 arrows. Every time I try, I end up with an enchanted bow, no arrows.

There currently isn't a way to homebrew ammunition, but you can add +3 Arrows.
