Prerequisite: Only Aasimar can take this feat Level 5 required or higher
Your celestial bloodline has been noticed by your God and they have chosen to fuel your divine bloodline:
Your racial transformation can be used according to your constitution modifier before needing a long rest. Though your blood is more divine, it isn't endless.
Choose One: Holy Wings: you grow permanent physical wings, able of flying your walking speed. A protector Aasimar also gains this but with +20 to flight movement when Radiant Soul is active. Menacing Angel: You gain proficiency in intimidation (if already proficient you gain expertise). The instant you activate your aasimar transformation, other creatures within 10 feet of you that can see you must succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn. Fallen Aasimar increase the range of their Necrotic shroud by 20 feet. Burning Soul: During your racial transformation, you can deal half your, level rounded up, to any creature you cause damage to. If you are a scourge Aasimar this stacks with your Radiant Consumption.
Choose One: Holy Hands: You lose the ability to deal extra damage equal to your level when transformed. Instead, any attacks you make are considered magical while you are transformed. Instinctive Radiance: You gain the ability to transform as a bonus action rather than an action Alluring Awe: While transformed, you have advantage on all charisma checks against creatures focused on you.
Choose One: Obvious Angel: Your heavenly bloodline is too hard to miss. You are easily identified as a celestial being. Deception to cover such is at disadvantage. You gain the divine sense of a paladin continually, but only to a distance of 20 feet. Powerful Angel: You gain the effects of the bless spell for the duration of your transformation. You get advantage on physical checks and saves during your transformation. str, dex, con. Imposing Angel: For the duration of your transformation, you have access to the absorb elements, shield, and guiding bolt spells. You mush expend slots to cast these.
This looks cool, I wish we had more origin specific feats for backgrounds that aren't as heavily supported (Aasimar, Shifter, Tortle). This looks pretty good from my end, But are you giving the option to basically switch you type of Aasimar when you use this feat? Or is it meant to just boost your current subrace abilities?
I really only have two things to say here. First, your forgot to mention what I can only assume is the Radiant damage Burning Soul is meant to do. Secondly, I love how customizable this feat makes Aasimars it's exactly what I look for in 5e's feats.

Meant as a feat on top of what you already have from your race.
