While creating a homebrew race, I wanted to confer proficiency in the player's choice of Arcana, History, Investigation, Medicine, Nature, Religion or Sleight of Hand, but I couldn't figure out any way to implement it. I ended up selecting "Choose an Artificer skill" instead, because the list was the same except for having Perception instead of Religion. But what about in other cases? Am I limited to either single skills or those that are already "prepackaged" in the drop-down? Is there no way to create a homebrew equivalent of "Minotaur skills" or "Centaur skills"?
Currently there's not way to do this less you use one of the pre made options. The best solution at the moment would be to just use "Choose to skill" and have the text for the ability be choose one of the following. Leaving it to the player to pick from one of the following correct options.
