Does anyone know how to change a Spellcasting or Pact Magic modifier for a class? For example, is it somehow possible to change Warlock to use Intelligence instead of Charisma for Pact Magic or would I need to rewriteit all together as an optional class feature that keys off Intelligence?

Solution found. You just need to change the Spellcasting modifier.
