There is already a power spell called power word pain.
My homebrew content: Monsters, subclasses, Magic items, Feats, spells, races, backgrounds
Power Word Pain already exists as a 7th level spell.
The damage output of this spell seems to be pretty low for a 7th level spell, and Constitution saves are notoriously impractical. For comparison, a 7th level Magic Missile would do 9x d4+1 (avg 31.5)
