Hi everybody. This is my first time posting here so please bare with me for I wasn't sure where to post this.
I'm planning on doing a holiday season themed session with my nephews and niece (and maybe their parents/my older brothers) where they have to protect Santa's home/workshop from invading monsters (kinda like a tower defense where waves of monsters keep attacking the site). I already did a few sessions with the older two nephews so they already understand the gist of it. Because one of my nephews is 6, I pretty much turned it into a HeroQuest like game when all 4 were playing. In my sessions, I changed a few rules to make it easier and faster to get through the session. For the holiday one, I plan on doing more changes since there won't be much, if at all, RPing due to it being very combat centered. I thought maybe I could get some feedback and/or advise on my changes.
The full doc is pretty long (and a work in progress) so here's a link to a google doc.
