Problems with publication of Homebrew Creations

I published several Homebrew Creations over a few months, the latest in January. They all say that they've been approved, but when I've searched them up on other accounts for my friends they don't pop up as an option. 

I've made a bit of everything. I made a second account on my school Chromebook, and that's the one I was referring to that had problems. 

I was looking them up in the homebrew pages. Even if you don't have a subscription, you should still see them, right?
