So awhile back when Wizards first started talking about lineages one of my first thoughts was turning some of the races that are descended from extra planar entities into feats. After awhile I finally decided to do it. You can find them linked below, please provide any thoughts you have on them asim new to the homebrew system as well as homebrewing in general, so it can be hard for me to tell how balanced something is. I will also update this post when ever I finish a set my current todo-list is Genasi, Fey, Aasimar, Tieflings, Shifters, as well as some based of nonplayer races.
They are very strong feats, but I love them and have a pretty cool concept. There are only two changes I can think of that would balance it out a bit without drastically altering it.
1: Add the spellcasting modifier for the spells to your feat's descriptions so players know what ability score they are casting with.
2: Lower the number of charges the spells have, or link the uses to the ability score modifier used for the spellcasting modifier. Being able to "Can cast Control Flames at will and Burning Hands a number of times equal to you proficiency bonus. You regain uses after a short rest and can cast them with any spell slots you may have." is pretty strong. especially for a short rest to recharge all uses. If you want to keep the larger number of uses, I would suggest making it a long rest instead of a short rest.
As far as the spellcasting modifier goes it's the way it is because of my unfamiliarity with the homebrew system my intent was to have it tied to your class's modifier or you constitution and being able to pick using a drop down menu. And as for being tied to your proficiency bonus I went with that because firstly that's how some of the newer feats and other features have been done, and secondly I like them gaining uses as you grow more powerful. With the short rest though I can definitely see switching it to a long rest instead.

If I can't say something nice, I try to not say anything at all. So if I suddenly stop participating in a topic that's probably why.
Drop down menu would be pretty cool, similar to other spell based feats where you choose based your prefered spellcasting modifier. I like that.
And I am definitely in support of more uses as your character grows more powerful. That is something I like to incorporate into almost everything I create, so I understand that.
The most important things to remember though, is that Homebrew and D&D itself is not perfectly balanced, so take some creative liberty. The main point of all this game is to have fun, so have some fun with it! This is your creation after all. So if you like it and have fun with it, than keep it the way it is. But if you are worried about being too op, try it out in a simple one-shot or something so you can get a good feel for how it impacts gameplay.
But honestly, I love these feats and I would approve them without a second thought. They are strong, but it's okay to have strong characters.
At some point I plan on converting the aasimar, tieflings, hexblood, and shifters into feats as well the tieflings will be a pain because I want to try and get all the sub races as well.

I've converted the goliath's Stone Endurance into a feat. It just felt so feat worthy.
I've also looked into tieflings for similar reasons, and the main differences between the subraces is the spells they can cast. You could compile those spells together into a small spell list the player can pick a few spells from. That would allow them to effective mix and match the spells of their favorite tiefling subraces.
I've added 3 new feats. The first based of the hexblood and the other two on the changeling and a dryad. for the dryad I wanted to give them Druidcraft and Thorn Whip but since Thorn Whip isn't SRD I had to replace it with Shillelagh.

All three of these all look very good! My only suggestion is in regards to SRD problem with the Thorn Whip cantrip. Maybe instead of adding the Shillelagh cantrip you could allow the player to pick one cantrip from the Druid spell list, this would allow for greater customization for the players spell list.
The inclusion of changeling as fey seems odd, changlings have no concrete lore in the FR, and there ebberon lore says nothing to fey lineage (and is generally very unclear on where they came from)

I have them listed as fey since ignoring FR lore changelings are almost universally considered fey more specifically what the fey leave behind when they kidnap a child. I had considered going with the other name for them, that being a fetch but i felt like it might confuse some people if I did that.

So I've decided that for tieflings im going to base their feats off of different fiends. So far I know I'm going to make a Barbed/Spined Devil, an Incubus/Succubus, an imp, and a regular tiefling are there any other suggestion for possible fiends.

I finally got around to finishing my fiendish heritage feats. And I'll be honest the hardest bart was think of a name for the barbed/spined devil and I'm still not entirely happy with it.
I've added some Shifter based ones, Canine, Feline, and instead of bears/pigs Avian. Next I'm either going to do Giants(storm, cloud, hill, fire, and stone) or Vampiric Bloodlines.

Those three look perfect, I have no criticism. They look very good me and I would allow them in game.
