If you don't want to click though, it's basically a dagger that you can fill with a spell that is executed by a contingency spell. It has the usual limitations of contingency (level 5 or below, casting time of 1 action, and can only affect the wielder, even if the spell would otherwise affect others). I took a look through the regular spells in the PHB and there are several promising ones (haste, stoneskin, ect) however my DM is open to homebrew content (obviously, given the dagger), so I thought, why not take a look through the homebrew content here in D&D Beyond?
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to filter just the spells that affect the self and there are way too many to browse. So does anyone know any good homebrew spells? I'm also open to spells from previous editions or secondary sources that I don't have access to.
Couple considerations:
I play a dragonwrought kobold who has maxed out dex and have expertise in stealth so I don't really need help with traversal or buffs to infiltration.
The other characters in my party is a mage, sorcerer, sorceress/monk, and a paladin, all level 13, so it would have to be a spell accessible to these classes.
Thanks to anyone who can help
