I have a trait for a homebrew class that, among other things, allows the player to treat weapons with the Heavy property as though they were Light for the purposes of wielding them (for example, to use it as a monk weapon despite its weight). How would I set the necessary modifier(s) for this trait to do this?
Neat concept, but there isn't really a modifier to accomplish this, since no official material provides a feature like that. As a workaround, you could use the magic item homebrewer to make versions of heavy weapons that remove the Heavy weapon property and add the Light weapon property.

Basically you have to create homebrew weapons that ignore the heavy and add in bonus to set it as light manually.
