Hello guys, here's my homebrew wizard subclass. I wanted to try and explore some different aspects of the wizard's design and add some extra flexibility to their spellcasting in interesting and unusual ways, rather than focusing on outright power. That said, some aspects of the class (particularly the level 10 ability) might be too powerful under certain circumstances. I hope you like it and please let me know what you think.
Wizard School - Librarian
Considered bookish and eccentric even by other wizards, Librarians regard the complex and delicate art of ritual spellcasting to be the truest form of magic and the highest scholarly pursuit for a wizard. While they would rather spend their days in quiet study at one of the Forgotten Realm's premier magical institutions, those that find mention of powerful forgotten magic in an ancient tome or decaying scroll may choose to leave the comfort of their books and take up the adventuring life.
Ritualist Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, when you copy a spell that can be cast as a ritual into your spellbook, the gold and time you must spend is halved.
You copy the 1st level spell Mage Armor into your spellbook for free and can cast it as a ritual. If you already have Mage Armor copied in your spellbook, you can replace it with another 1st level spell of your choice from the wizard spell list.
Magic Bookmark Starting at 2nd level you learn how to create a magical bookmark. As a bonus action choose a spell in your spellbook that you do not currently have prepared and have the available spellslots for. A mark appears in your spellbook at the spell's location. For as long as the mark remains in place you have the knowledge of how to cast this spell as if you had it prepared. The mark remains in your spellbook until you cast this spell or until your next long rest. You have one use of this feature. You regain all uses of this feature upon finishing a long rest.
Silence In The Library From 6th level you no longer need to perform the verbal components of any cantrips. You copy the 2nd level spell Silence into your spellbook for free and can cast it as a wizard spell.
Ritual Magic Master When you reach 10th level, you tireless study of ritual magic allows you to enhance your spellcasting beyond that of a normal wizard. When casting a ritual choose one of the following:
The spell's duration is doubled. The spell's range is doubled. The spell's area of effect or radius is doubled. You can add your proficiency bonus to constitution saving throws that you make to maintain your concentration on this spell.
You cannot choose an option that is not relevant for the spell that you are casting. For example, you will not be able to double the duration of a spell that is instantaneous, or increase a spell's range if it is less than 5 feet.
Improved Magic Bookmark From 14th level onward you now have two uses of the magic bookmark feature. Additionally, the bookmark no longer vanishes when the spell it marks is cast.
Hey! Switch ritual magic master and improved bookmark and nerf the whole thing; maybe two uses of the bookmark definitely gonna play a version of this for my buddy’s campaign.
I'd suggest changing the bookmark to swapping a spell, kind of like calling an audible.
I don't know what I'd do for 10th level, but maybe instead of Rituals, you have a handful of scrolls chilling in a dimensional pocket somewhere (like a library), so even if you lose your spellbook, you still have something at the ready. Maybe then use your extra spell a day idea, say 1 scroll per spell level you can cast? If that's too powerful, maybe "the library" keeps a tab and when you visit a town, you have to pay a fine for all the scrolls you "checked out?"

Gnome Armorist - Artificer Subclass Homebrew
I think the Ritual Magic Master feels like it should be at the 14th level and Improved Magic Bookmark should be at 10.
To me the Ritual Magic Master feels more like its the capstone of this subclass.
A librarian should have some bonus to a knowledge skill.
I would at least let them pick an extra skill from that list, if not a bonus /expertise to one of these skills.
I really like the concept. Ritual Magic Master seems pretty OP. Perhaps swap it with Improve Magic Bookmark for balance yet maintaining utility?
