So I want to make a class for the Japanese super hero series Kamen Rider, more specifically focusing on the Hesei-era riders. At least I think I would need a class for them knowing what they are capable of, more than just multi-classing any of the classes currently released for 5e. Most of these heroes have unique gimmicks. So what would I need to do to create something like this, as this will be my first time doing something like this?
I would start by reading this Guide to Homebrewing by a user in the Reddit homebrewing communities. It is sage advice from someone who's made excellent quality homebrew content, contributed to by others who are respected in those circles. It's especially good for the basics, especially understanding the whys of class balance, and not just telling you 'this is what balance is'.
Additionally, using a site like GMBinder to format your work once it's complete gives you a great looking finished product.
