how do you add a set bonus to initiative in homebrew? I'm trying to add a straight +5 to base initiative.

Bonus - initiative; fixed value: 5

I suggest going to the homebrew forum and reading the pinned thread titles "everything you need to know" to learn basic stuff like this.
