deadPan here again. This homebrew lineage was adapted from a homebrew Pathfinder lineage my friend sent me. It's relatively customisable, which isn't something that's been seen much in 5e. Not much lore is written in the description because I don't know much about them.
Sergal
-Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Sergal.
-Size: Your size is Medium.
-Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
-Ability Score Adjustments: Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1, but your Intelligence score decreases by 2.
-Bite: Your fanged maw is a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
Additional Sergal Traits: You can choose to replace one or more of the following traits with one or more traits from your ancestry.
-Digitigrade Legs: Your movement speed increases to 35 feet.
-Sergal Weapon Training: You have proficiency with the javelin, lance, longsword, and spear.
Northern Sergal:
-Sergal Armour Training (replaces Digitigrade Legs trait): You have proficiency with light and medium armor.
-Warlord (replaces Digitigrade Legs trait): You have proficiency with the Intimidation skill. Additionally, your hit point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 every time you gain a level.
Southen Sergal:
-Sergal Merchant (replaces Sergal Weapon Training trait): You have proficiency in the Insight and Persuasion skills.
-Survivalist (replaces Digitigrade Legs trait): You have proficiency in the Survival skill, and you only need to eat half as much food to survive.
