So our DM is letting us create custom feats if we don't like the standard options. They have to be checked and balanced ofcourse but hes giving us the opportunity to have more unique characters with feats that are entierly unique. As an Artificer I find the standard infusions lackluster, boring and also not very compatible with my concept of a Engineer in a Mechanised suit of armor. So I have asked my DM permission to make my own infusions which have to be vetted ofcourse. So I have made a little booklet of a couple of feats and several pages of infusions with the concept of armor upgrades and variations.
My goal is to build an Ironman / Captain America who uses his intelligence to make a suit of armor that gives him the strength needed to protect his friends. He isn't about straight up killing people and more about shutting them down and bringing them to justice. Throwing shields, using crazy weapons and gadgets and customising and changing his armor modules based on the challenges ahead. Let me know what you guys think!
