Why is it called a changeling? Why is it immune to necrotic? How does 1d8+2 equal 18 hit points? Why is it immune to being deafened? Why does it have a passive perception of 1? 1d6 damage when they don't devour a corpse... if it doesn't have an infinite supply of corpses, how would it stay alive after one minute? Why is its attack a +2 to hit? Shouldn't it be +3, from +1 Strength and +2 proficiency? Why does it say it does 1d6+strength modifier? Why is it either Small or Medium? Why are the damage types in brackets? Why does the Spark Burst have a short/long range if it doesn't use an attack roll? And all of those questions are setting aside the vocabulary/grammar mistakes.
Listen, homebrew isn't easy, with all the rules and specific words that you have to remember. But you don't have to remember them at all... the simplest way to do things are to find monsters or abilities similar to those you are trying to create, and mimic them.

Thanks for the feedback. The changeling is because of the features it gains from eating a corpse. The necrotic immunity is due to the fact that it is a zombie like robot. It is immune to deafened because it is a construct. Health is a mistake I will fix, and passive perception I meant to write +1 your right it should be +3 three to hit. I don't understand the problem with the + strength mod with damage and with its size I was thinking it slightly grows when it eats a corpse. I had it take 1d6 force damage each turn because " the excessive energy it uses while fighting make its overcoming hunger to strong, the gears start to break as the movement of the creature wears on them. The flawed One while in combat will take 1d6 force damage each turn they don't devour a corpse" so it is not using as much energy out of combat so it can survive much longer without corpses. I referenced 3 separate creature for the damage and they all had it in brackets.
Sorry I see the a few of the grammatical errors but I am dyslexic and it makes it hard. I will try to look at more creature for improving thanks for the feedback.
Changelings are a playable race, whose main feature is the ability to change their appearance; they are not a creature type.
Constructs don't gain immunity to being deafened.
Passive perception is not a modifier; it's the DC a creature needs to beat in order to sneak up on it. Passive perception equals 10 + the creature's Perception (Wisdom modifier, + proficiency bonus if proficient in Perception).
The 1d6 force damage every round means that the monster would barely be able to function in combat.
Phrasing the attack damage as "1d6 + Strength modifier" is needless; stat blocks usually have all the maths calculated. Stat blocks also don't usually have the damage type in brackets.
As for the grammar, if you tell me any ideas for mechanics, I could figure out how to phrase them to be consistent with the rest of 5e. I'm actually about to play a session right now so I'll come back to you with an updated Flawed One stat block later.
also i like the idea of a zombie robot that dies 2 minutes after being activated due to its shabbiness ( gobbo or kobold ref?!?!) but i feel like the eating corpses part makes it hard to see in combat, like will this truly smite some level 1 in a party of 7? its a bit strange but you could make it work. either way, its a really cool concept!

very slightly dyslexic but dyslexic
It seems you're new to the system.
