Need help with the "On equip" feature of Homebrewed Magic item.

After some googling, it appears that when making a magic item, there should be an, "On equip" option and an, "On unequip" option but I can't seem to find it.

Am I blind, or was I lied to?

That is not a thing that exists in D&D Beyond's homebrew system. Where did you see that?
