I've been working on a subclass (Monk-Wrestler) for a couple of weeks, it has been played well and I haven't seen any issues with the class feats yet, however, I got some feedback about the following:
Muscle talk
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, during battle your actions speak louder than your words, your allies understand what you are trying to do with just a gesture, you gain advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of your allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated. If you decide to grapple or shove your opponent, you gain advantage on the check if the conditions mentioned above are met.
I get it, for a class that can get a lot of attacks on the same turn, being able to have advantage on every single attempt is too much. So I'm thinking only allowing 1 attack action with advantage per turn should be good enough. (considering that you can just attempt to shove-prone an opponent and attack with advantage)
What a friend suggested is to keep the same feat, however, in order to just get advantage on the attack your ally must use his/her reaction.
Though I consider that it makes sense, that option has, in my opinion a big issue:
The player using the monk has no real control over the feat. It depends on another player decision. So, what do you think?

"...you gain advantage on your first attack..." rather than "...you gain advantage on an attack..."
That minor change in wording allows it to be versatile and still feels like it fits with what you're trying to accomplish.
