Hi everyone, I'm starting to homebrew my own campaign and a large portion of it will be built around this weapon, since my players will be forced to carry it around I was just wanting to ask for opinions to make sure its balanced or if some features would cause problems or what not, im fairly new and have never been a dm, so any pointers will help.
