For a Homebrew game im playing. We are trying to make an item that adds a 1d4 to Ability checks and Saving throws.

I have added the 1d4 on the item modifiers section of the item, but the die does not roll on the character sheet.

The same item has a +2 AC modifier and that is working correctly.
