You excel at getting under peoples skin and making them want to hit you, sometimes on purpose!
Your charisma increases by 1, to a maximum of 20
On your turn, you may, as a bonus action, hurl some annoying string of insults at a creature within 30 ft that can hear and see you. They must make a DC (8 + your proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier) Wisdom saving throw or become enraged by you until the end of their next turn. Creatures that do not understand your language have advantage on the save. An enraged creature has advantage on attack rolls against you, disadvantage on attack rolls against other creatures, and will attempt to use their next turn to attack you, unless doing so is obviously harmful or unfeasible in one turn. A creature who succeeds the saving throw is immune to this feature for 24 hours. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier per short or long rest (minimum of 1)
It seems fine to me, though if you want to put more of a limitation on it, you could say that it doesn't work at all on creatures that don't understand any languages. You might also consider, especially if this is meant to be used in games running 2024 rules, putting a prerequisite of having a 13+ Charisma score on it. Many of the updated 2024 feats have added prerequisites like this that help to ensure people take feats that make thematic sense.
Also, as an aside, I would suggest maybe using a different word than "enraged", as that might cause confusion with the Barbarian class's Rage feature. Maybe "infuriated" or something instead.
